Got this for my Grandma that collects elephants! She absolutely adored it and the solar light shines bright! I love that it symbolizes love! My grandparents have been together for 63 years and so this made her tear up! Perfect size and quality to sit on steps or tabletop!! Lights up a good amount of area at night!

I was delighted to see how bright the lantern is. Because the solar panel is in the bottom of the lantern, facing upwards, it charges well no matter what direction it's facing.It rained the first night I had it in the garden but seemed none the worse for being out in the weather.It is, however, very lightweight. I'd recommend bringing it in if you're expecting winds.It would be nice if it came with some sort of ground stake to stabilize and secure it in place.That being said, I like it enough that I'm considering purchasing another.
