Easy to Use
Add Seeds & Water
Add seeds and water to the your jar and soak over night.
Once the soaking period is complete, drain the water from the jar through the sprouting lid.
Rinse & Drain
Rinse by filling the jar with water, swirling it around, & then pouring the water out through the sprouting lid.
Invert the jar to drain excess water
Rinse & Repeat until Ready
Repeat this rinsing and draining process for several days until your sprouts have reached the desired size.
Enjoy!

excellent i love sprouting and this makes it easier. after rinsing the beans I lean the jar against a a square glass container, that I already had, insider a larger plastic container, which i already had, which gives the perfect tilt.my sprouts grow Spendley.functions so well all my sprouting needs are metvery durable, I simply put i them in the dishwash very durable. Fits perfectly and seals on my jarslentils sprout well

This lid works very well. I think the recommendation (from the seller of the seeds as well as multiple other tutorials online) for using two tablespoons of seeds was too much, but the results may depend on the kinds of seeds being used. In my case, it was a combination of broccoli, clover, radish, and alfalfa. Once they sprouted, they filled up my quart jar, so the sprouts had little room to expand. I will definitely continue to sprout seeds for adding to salads and sandwiches.

I love sprouting seeds at home due to the low cost and amazing health benefits! These lids are perfect I didn’t want to spend a fortune to sprout seeds at home and have been waiting to find the best product prior to purchasing anything. Last year I sprouted seeds without the draining lid and it went ok but I did lose some seeds and had issues with fruit flies. These lids prevent the small seeds from escaping but also quickly drain any excess water! Amazing value for money, excellent quality, and easy to clean I highly recommend this product!!
