what is it with lamp sockets from China??? I've had a couple of lamps over the last 10 years that had inferior sockets...they don't sit tightly in the lamp so the shade is constantly tilting or else they make bulbs flicker or just not work. (I've double checked the bulbs with my good lamps and the bulbs aren't the issue.) Really upsetting when you buy a nice looking, heavy lamp and the stupid sockets suck.

Pretty easy to assemble. I put together the floor lamp and one of the table lamps (don’t need the second table lamp just yet). The shades on each of the two I assembled hang at a bit of angle and I can’t seem to fix that. But it’s easy enough to ignore and the color of the pole and shade make the living room feel a lot warmer than the chrome lamp we had before.
