Note:
- Unscrew the screw on the front cover plate with a universal screwdriver
- Unscrew the 2 black screws in both ends of the lock body by the hex screwdriver
- Loosen the 4 screws in the 4 holes at the bottom of the lock by the hex screwdriver
- Separate the lock and remove bracket (no longer needed)
- L Bracket- For outward opening door
When the door frame thickness is less than 42mm (1.65 inch), L bracket is needed.
- ZL Bracket- For inward opening door
For inward opening door, ZL bracket is needed.
Attention:
- Do not fix the screw of the armature plate too tight as this will result in weak suction of the lock. Please loosen the screw a little bit.
- Proper elasticity should be guaranteed for the rubber ring so that the armature plate can adjust itself to the appropriate position.
- Please keep the surface of the lock clean and make sure the armature plate and lock body perfectly aligned to get the best holding force.

So I bought two of these to make a magnetic locking entry, by the time I got the time to install these magnetic locks the return window closed, and one of the two locks doesn't work. Perhaps test them the first day you get them. I don't know,
