Gave as a Christmas present and doesn’t work. Charged for 4 hours still not working. Can’t return as the window is closed very disappointing.After posting a poor review, the company replaced the smoker and kit free of charge and was very interested in correcting the issue. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the quick response. I am very happy to say that the replacement was in perfect working condition and my son in law is so happy. Thank you to Nora, who contacted me and the company for standing by their product.

I bought this for my partner for Christmas. His favorite drink when we go out is a smoked drink. I thought it would be fun to do at home too. As usual, I was right. Functionality is good! The torch is high powered, it only takes a minute or two to fill the glass with smoke. I feel like it was a great purchase for the cost. He still tells anyone that hasn’t heard what he got for Christmas. It’s a great gift for any smoked drink lovers.

Better quality than i expected. EXCELLENT job directing the smoke into the glass. Requires very little chips to get enough smoke. I have purchased more since. I recommended this product to friends and family.

My wife and I had our first smoked Old-Fashioned drinks a year or so again, loved them and have been ordering smoked whenever available. Even though I had never made an Old-Fashioned at home, I decided to buy a smoker and try. We love it! I researched the various types and passed on those that blow into a box or other chamber. They look cool and I've have had a few served in bars but didn't really need the show aspect and then have to store the apparatus somewhere. Electric smokers that use no flame seemed too sterile and boring. I settled on the typical flame chimney and went looking. Lots of models that weren't much different other than accessories. Then I saw this one and was very intrigued. I had watched bartenders use standard chimneys and it seemed like the smoke just settled on top of the drink. I thought a fan that actually pushed the smoke down might be beneficial and I was not disappointed. I like a solid smoky flavor and this product delivers that better than any drinks I've had in bars. The entire smoker is as easy to use as any other and provides everything you need other than glasses and I figure the glasses that come with other smokers are cheaply made. Lots of great recipes out there. I use orange bitters along with regular bitters to avoid the need for an orange. Unlike when served in bars, I quickly swap out the smoker with a coaster to hold the smoke in the glass until I serve or ready to drink. I've been experimenting with different recipes and close to zeroing in on what I consider to be the ultimate Old-Fashioned. My only regret is that this product is not made of wood but that is a low concern. I highly recommend this smoker and hope you enjoy.

I had high hopes for this product and was excited to try it. Unfortunately the fan didn't work, and it sounded like some parts are loose inside. I noticed wood chips in the fan area when i took it out the box. The box wasn't sealed or taped upon delivery so it appears it might be used and returned and they resold it to me broken. I can't get customer service to respond. I would be willing to get it replaced but CS is crappie.

So, my ignorance to this is going to show through and there is no helping it. I am not a drinker. However, I do use glasses and really like the set that came with mine (one arrived broken, seller made it right). It comes with a bunch of different wood chips, some whisky stones, ice cube molds, tongs and a torch. I probably missed something.The glasses are heavy and thick something I think is awesome and my preferred style of glass.I checked out the whisky stones and they felt oddly smooth. Almost like there should have been a powder on my hand after, but there wasn't. A truly neat texture.The ice cube molds were there and they came with a little funnel. Didn't use them, not sure how they will work.The torch lighter is a standard torch lighter. I need to get butane for it.The vacuum smoke infuser thing, I also didn't use (it is a gift) but it felt solid.I really like the person I am gifting this to, and I am really pleasantly surprised and the quality and presentation of this (it came in a wood box/chest that is cute). I would buy this again as the quality seems there, and it looks like effort was put in.

We use this for bartending at private events and it works really well. The fan pushing the smoke out makes it far more effective and the cleaning tool works better than the ones that have come with other smokers.
