I cannot rave enough about their amazing customer service! I struggled with a step of putting this desk together and they were very attentive to get back to me very quickly and offered me more than 3 options on how to solve some inquiries I had.The desk itself is a great quality desk, well made materials and the electronic of it works great too and have a nice feel to it! I’m very picky and rarely shop for furniture online because of this, but I was very impressed by their product and customer service.I recommend their brand 100%!!

The tables is nice and sturdy. The height adjustment works as expected.But the assembly was not straightforward, we had to do a lot of manual adjustment of the bar to get things aligned. Also some of the screws were super hard to screw in.

The instructions are a bit confusing but anyone who has done a product assembly should be able to muddle through. However—The instructions require the table to be assembled upside down, with the frame resting on the laminate top. But when the table is inverted to right side up the small screws that attach the frame pulls away and separate. The inside of the top, between the laminate layers looks to be paperboard rather than particle board or wood. To avoid this issue, use #14 1/2 inch screws and lay a bead of adhesive between the top and the frame. Too cumbersome to return. Quality was disappointing…

I love love love this table. Very sturdy and very minimalist in design. The actual product looks more premium than the pictures. Very easy to build, motor is strong. Quite operation. I would recommend this to all students, office workers and especially gamers.👌
