This electric scooter is the best means of transportation for me to go to work and the supermarket. After being fully charged, it can travel about 18 miles. The 10-foot wheels make me feel very stable when skating. Its length can easily accommodate an adult and a child around 7 years old standing on it. Its powerful yet low-noise motor makes my ride more stable and smooth. The maximum speed is 19 miles per hour, but I prefer to use it at a speed of 12 miles per hour. I just need to charge it for 6 hours every day when I get home, and that's enough for my whole day's journey. I really love it.

The 10-inch shock-absorbing tires provide a smooth and comfortable ride, even on uneven surfaces. The 10.2AH big battery offers an excellent range. The motor is powerful (350W/500W), giving it a nice boost on inclines, and the top speed of 15.5MPH is perfect for city commuting. The app control is a fantastic addition, making it easy to monitor stats and customize settings. It’s also very well-built and feels sturdy, making it suitable for both teens and adults.I did encounter a minor issue with the scooter initially, but the customer service team was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly responsive, resolved the issue quickly, and made the entire experience hassle-free. This level of support is truly appreciated!

The attention to detail in its build may not be the most stylish but is durable. It feels solid and the big tires make the ride incredibly smooth. I also like the fact that it sits a bit higher off the ground than other scooters I’ve ridden.The battery life is another standout feature. On a full charge it easily lasts for hours, making it perfect for daily commutes to the gym in my neighborhood or leisurely weekend rides to take my dogs for a run. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how far I can go without having to worry about recharging.With a top speed of 15 mph, it’s just the right balance between speed and safety. It’s fast enough to get me around relatively quickly but still easy to control and maneuver through my neighborhood.One pleasant surprise was the features in the app. It includes a lot of information like the exact battery percentage and total range, and time driven. It also adds a lot of great features like manual headlight control, cruise control, and a parking mode that disables the scooter. You can also link your phone via Bluetooth and send your notifications directly to the display.When you consider the performance and quality of this scooter, it’s a great value for the price. It offers features you’d expect in higher-end models but at a much more affordable cost. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and affordable electric scooter!

Locking mechanism holds the handle bars in place, and I can easily fold down the stick by gripping on the lever. The board has a textured design for shoe grip, so balancing on the device was no issue. I was hesitant to use this at first (because I'm over 200 lbs weight), but it held my body well without tipping over on low speeds. It has 2 tough tires that can speed over slight bumps on the road, and the speedometer displays on the LED screen. Brake leg kicks down with a simple shoe step, and slopes the scooter at an angle. After using this for a month, I'm glad I can find a faster way to buy groceries at the corner store rather than having to walk over by feet.

The scooter was made of good sturdy material. The set up was a breeze and the app and controls worked great. The tire cap on the back wheel, hit the tires plastic cover making a clicking noise when riding. The acceleration wasn’t always easy when starting the scooter. Otherwise it is a good quality scooter. I had to return it because I really need one with a seat and this one isn’t made for one. I do recommend this scooter to anyone who isn’t interested in going top speed and just wants to cruise around for a smooth ride.
