This grinder is so lightweight and convenient. It works great and grinds the meat up very quickly. It is relatively quiet when in use, and very simple to turn on and off. It comes with several attachments for size of grind and different size sausage, for sausage making. The attachments are easy to replace and cleaning is simple. You just need to be sure to take everything apart and be sure meat bits aren’t left behind. I love it. It’s going to get a lot of use in my kitchen. I would rather buy the larger roast cuts and grind to my liking. Ground beef from the grocery store is ground too much, in my opinion. Once is enough. Excellent quality for the value. Highly recommend.

This review is for the Electric Meat Grinder with Handle, 2600W Max Meat Grinder for Home Kitchen Use, Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Meat Mincer Machine with 2 Blades, 3 Plates, Sausage Stuffer Tubes & Kubbe Kit, Nefaracy.I see I get the honor of the very first review. So, if you've never used a food grinder such as this, you're in for a real treat! This is so far above a food processor, a blender, a nutribullet... This can be used to grind just about any foods, not just meats, but don't try bones. You can do veges/fruits cut into proper sizes, you can do hard cheeses too!So imagine making your own homemade sausages with ground chicken or turkey or pork. You can mix in veges if you like and cheeses and spices... seasoned just how you want them to be! I wanted this so I have one that's dedicated for us to use just to grind potatoes to make potato latkes. Now I can quickly and easily grind my potatoes and onions, while saving my back and knuckles from the tortures of doing it all by hand! LOL.This grinder will make short work of grinding apples if you want to make homemade apple sauce or apple butter as a step ahead to the cooking processs. You can use it to help process ingredients to make chutney's... Or how about grinding ingredients for a homemade soup or pie?Do not be surprised if the metal internal parts of the grinder become darker colored, it's a usual thing. The best way to combat this is to immediately wash the parts as soon as you're done using it AND dry them immediately! Do NOT air dry them, wipe them dry and then apply a small amount of oil to them to prevent rusting. I like to wrap each in a piece of paper towel once I've applied the oil, then place them inside a zip close plastic bag.Oh I almost forgot, a great feature on this unit is it has a reverse on it in case there's a jam in the grinder to unjam it! Not all units have this, and if it doesn't then you have to turn it off & unplug it, tear it apart to get it cleared, then reassemble it and go again with it. This really is a great feature to have! This is easy to assemble, use, clean & maintain. Give it a try, experiment and have fun, I think that you'll be happy with it! This is a lighter weight unit that's easy to handle, it's a nice looking unit that should serve me well!Regular price $ 79.99 per the listing and there's a 20% off coupon right now! I think this is a good value. As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. I hope this helps you make the best choices how to spend your $.

The included manual says that you shouldn't use meat with sinews/tendons, bones, or fat. The bones is expected, but the sinews and fat are because the unit will get clogged and have to be cleaned out which is a slow process. Of course the expectation would be to not include bone or anything hard, as well as cutting meat down to fit into it properly which is normal for any type of food processor, but meat fiber really shouldn't be an issue nor should fat. Some dishes utilize those and it's almost like having to peel the white out of your oranges before putting it in a juicer. When you do use the "correct" meat for this it works fine, everything grinds without any issue. But the need to use specific prepared or premium meats means that you are limited and have to choose these things with more awareness. The grinder should have phases to strip meat first to filter out what it can't handle and then go to the final grinding step.It would've been good to be made aware of this in the description instead of having to discover it after the unit arrived. There are supposed to be techniques for handling meat sinews for grinders that can be found online if you're already an experienced meat chef (e,g. cutting meat into cublets and freezing them first might be one?) but don't expect to just throw meat into this.

I should have gotten one of these a long time ago. In fact, for this price, everyone should have one in their kitchen.I’ve been using a manual meat grinder for years, and it’s always been a hassle to set up and a huge mess to clean. This electric grinder was clean, easy, and efficient by comparison. The suction cup feet keep it firmly in place while in use, which is great for stability, but it also means you can’t slide it around the counter when it’s not in use. The unit is relatively small so it doesn't take up much counter space when not in use.The unit came with all the attachments unassembled, and they were dirty out of the box—one of the grinding plates was even oily. I put all the parts in the dishwasher before use. The instructions say to wash with warm soapy water, but the product listing claims it’s dishwasher safe—which was a selling point for me because I wanted to avoid messy cleanup. Everything came out fine from the dishwasher.Assembly was easy, and my first test was grinding pork belly strips using the large-hole attachment. It worked like a charm, cutting down my grinding time to a fraction of what it used to be. I was done in minutes, and everything that didn’t touch the grinding mechanism stayed perfectly clean.I’m excited to make my own hamburger and grind different meats to save money at the grocery store. I might even try making my own sausages now. The instructions include a kibbe recipe that I want to try, and the unit comes with special attachments for that and other applications. This thing is a game-changer for my cooking. Highly recommended!
