Q1: What is the communication protocol? How many pins is the interface?
A: The communication protocol is No.2 protocol. This is a 5‑pin product, and the connector needs to match the pin definition of the product to work.
Q2: How to deal with the error E10 fault code?
A: 1. Check the instrument and the controller docking port, there is no poor contact, plug and play, there is no wiring error; 2. Check the turnbuckle or booster there is no short‑circuit, wiring there is no error; 3. Is not connected to the excess power of the lamps or horns and other accessories, through the instrument door control power supply of the external equipment should not be more than the total power of 5W.

My e-bike came with a very basic motor controller, just a couple of sets of LEDs that indicate the level assist and the remaining battery charge. I've been envious of those other e-bikes that have full size LCD displays, so when the Electric LCD Control Panel came across my data feed, I did a little investigation and determined that my e-bike matched the parameters listed for this meter. Feeling satisfied that things matched up, I picked up the control panel.Unfortunately, matching stated parameters is not enough to ensure that the controller works with a given e-bike, and it certainly doesn't work with mine. I have a 48V battery, and my e-bike motor uses the #2 communications protocol, but regardless, the this LCD control panel would not light when I connected it. Other LCD meters that I've tried in the past did not work, but at least they would turn on and give an opportunity to try various functions. Not this one; there is no life in the display at all.The back of the meter is stamped "36V", so maybe this display isn't as universal as the product pages proclaim..? The instruction sheet (not manual) included has some information (in 3 point type), but mostly it describes what to see once the meter turns on, which I haven't achieved yet.At this point, I'm not sure where the problem lies, the documentation for this meter is useless to me, and I have a display that doesn't work. Definitely not recommended.
