Electric Flat Top Griddle

Tips
1. The temperature of the heating plate gradually decreases from the center of the griddle to the surroundings.
2. You can put the cooked food on the edge of the grill to keep it warm. Make raw meat or fried rice in the middle of a hot plate.
3. When not using the machine, please apply a layer of oil on the surface to prevent rust.
4. When cleaning with water, please pay attention not to pour water into the product, so as not to burn the wire.

ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE
A yellow light indicates that it is heating. A green light indicates that power is on. The thermostat controls can be adjusted between 50-300ᵒC (122-572℉) to achieve precise cooking temperatures.

Excess grease and food residue can be collected and discharged into a removable drawer under the bottom of the pot for easy taken off for cleaning.

I purchased this indoor hibachi grill for my husband as an early birthday gift (his birthday is in August) and we’ve been trying new things. Even though my pics don’t look appetizing, the food we’ve cooked on this grill is excellent. I mostly use for stir fry using veggies and rice. As soon as I figure out the right seasonings, I’ll be all set. I don’t think you can cook anything bad on this. My daughter has been acting like a short order cook using the grill to cook her bacon, eggs and pancakes all in one place. My husband says the secret to this grill is to scape/clean it right after you take the food off the grill. He says its a very easy cleanup that way. We’ll be using this very often. We love this grill!

Sooo...I got this item and have to be honest...loved it...however you do need to be gentle with the thermostat knob...ours broke right in the middle of making breakfast but talk about great customer service, i called em and by the next morning I had a replacement and it's cooking awesome. Great but for the money and I have to admit we use it pretty hard.

I only gave the grill 3 stars because I bought it by mistake and didn't use it. It did arrive quickly and was as described. I wish it would of been of use to me. Nonetheless it is good value for your money being under $200 and I'm sure it works well.

Love-the way it cooks, the speed at which it heats up, it cleans so easily, the priceDislike-the tiny grease trap. I've overfilled it easily twice.It really cranks out the food in a hurry. We've done a great big fajita meal for our family of 5 in no time. The veggies get roasted perfectly. You can do pancakes, eggs, bacon and vegg all together

So far we have cooked everything on this griddle from fried rice and pancakes to browning steaks after cooking in the sous vide. We love it and even built a rolling cart for it! We recommend this griddle to anyone that loves to cook. I do want to state for everyone, you have to clean it very well first. That means until the shipping film (comes off grey) is completely wiped off. This product works perfectly and we would highly suggest it.

Awesome!! Still learning how to use-but love it!!! I use it in my kitchen. My sweet hubby bought me all the cooking utensils- WOW what a help!! I also got the cleaning kit for it and a couple of cookbooks for it. Just need time to learn alittle more😊. I’ve done burgers, eggs, bacon, hash browns-ummmm My next try will be stir-fry. Love it👏🏻👏🏻
