Does what is says. Doubles as a humidifier. The unit came is good shape. It packs nice and small. The power cord is a bit short. I did not use the door hanger because it was a little short. I hung it from the shower curtain rod because the clothes will drip, and the water will come out of the holes in the bottom. I got metal hangers because I did not trust my plastic hangers in a dryer. The unit is large enough to easily fit a couple sets of clothes at the same time.We were planning on using this dryer in our camper but that never happened because our camper cannot have a humidifier inside unless I want it to rain. I guess I could use it in winter, but we do not camp below 40 deg F. We did end up using the dryer outside the camper. Using this dryer when traveling by car and hotel proved very effective. The dryer really stretches out your clothes for longer trips without having to make a trip to the laundromat.Drying clothes that have been washed in a washing machine was easy because the clothes have been effectively wrung out. Drying clothes than have been hand washed was another matter. Hand washed clothes was how we usually used the dryer. The dryer did an effective job in both cases but some of the hand washed clothes took many hours. Taking out the clothes mid cycle can be painful if you use metal hangers because they will get very hot. The clothes dry from the top down so don't hang your elastic waisted pants upside down. After many uses, we found that the bottom would no longer stay snaped together for storage. The thin lips had worn down. We had to add a bungy cord to hold the bottom on in storage.Overall, this dryer met my expectations. The dryer is very effective for the purpose intended. The price is good for the size and the quality.

I live in a Class C Motorhome that is 30 amps. This dryer is Perfect! Itβs very small when collapsed, and not big at all while using. It only uses 2-3 amps and is quiet while running. I have metal hangers with about 10 clips on them that I hang things like undies, pot holders, socks. But I also hang shirts off them by clipping to the shoulder seams. If an item is too long, I fold it and clip the bottom of the item up near the top so thereβs air flow. It runs up to 9 hours, the cord is about 5β long. I have washed all my clothing, sheets, towels, etc.Iβm super satisfied and highly recommend it!

This is my first time ever leaving an Amazon review because I think this product is worth it! Iβm moving into a new apartment with no in-unit washer/dryer, and I was looking for a portable dryer to match my portable washer which would help keep the laundromat costs down. This device came up in the search results, and after looking over the reviews I decided to give it a try. And boy am I sure glad I did! As soon as it was delivered, I tested this dryer out on a full size fitted sheet fresh out of the wash. It was super easy to install the hook on my bathroom door and get the sheet hung up inside of the dryer bag. On the high heat setting this device had my bedsheet bone dry (with minimal dampness on the corners) after only 30 minutes!!! I was so amazed!!! This dryer will be super helpful for me in my new apartment. I highly recommend this for anyone living in a small space and/or looking for a low budget alternative to a portable tumble dryer. The value is totally worth the price tag!

While this dryer is efficient at removing moisture from clothing quickly and reliably, I had such a hard time properly hanging the dryer that I couldn't use it more than a handful of times without becoming frustrated. The free buckle assembly did not pivot to allow the dryer to be hung, via the opening in the buckle, far enough away from a potential surface below where it was intended to be hung - such as a door. So basically, the only way that I could buckle the dryer to a door was to allow the dryer bag to hang flush against the door. Either that, or I tightened the buckle so that it was perpendicular to the dryer hanger - but then risked the buckle falling off of the door because it wasn't securely tightened. There was no way that I was walking away from this dryer while testing it out, because it did generate enough heat at its high setting to warm the surface it touched. Having said that, I only ran the dryer for approximately five minutes. So why was the central hanging component of the dryer not designed to allow enough space around a common area where it would've been hung, given the design of the hanger - which is a door?

I have learned if you are drying things with long sleeves or slacks you need to make sure the heaviest part like the elastic areas or collars and shoulders are near the top. It dries well but not as well with heavy things like sweaters. It sometimes does not dry the longer part of sweaters like the lower arms. I do not use the high setting but the low setting.

Only worked properly about two times. Then the heat wouldnβt come on so I had to hit it to try and make it work. That kept it going a few times, then it died after only a little over a month -only blew cool air. Lesson learned, and Iβll spend a little more to hopefully prevent this. Donβt waste your money on this!

I have to wash uniforms a few times a week and this comes in handy when I have to do a quick hand wash then dry. Really nice for small items but I have washed jeans in it and it does well!
