Worked great .I did use the screws to self tap the holes the head of one screw broke off.I would recommend using a tap for the screw holes. 1/2 price of the Edelbrock kit.

yes. this product fits and works on the edelbrock performer carbs.1405 1407 and the like. it will probably fit the old carter afb carbs as wellno it is not an edelbrock brand kit.the instructions were good. all the pieces needed were there. i had to tap the 3 holes that mount the housing on the body of the carb (#8-32) but that was a minor detail
