The bike itself is a good foldable bike, good space saver. The bike is cheaply made the frame. The bike is durable with bumpy sidewalks, is fun to ride very good powerful 350w motor. I can reach up to 20miles an hour on mode 3. Breaks are mechanical instead of hydraulic which I would change asap for safety but work great regardless. Hills haven’t been a problem but I have been stranded once on the bike but besides that it’s a reliable way to work and to home.

The bike is very sturdy and very well put together, My son loved it and was very happy. The customer service has been great so far, we needed a tire replacement and they sent it no problem. I really appreciate a company that will do what they have to do to accommodate their customers. I would definitely purchase this bike again and would also purchase from this seller. A very satisfied customer.

I would recommend adding fiber grip to the seat post due to the fact that the seat post slides down no matter how hard I tighten the clamp and I don’t want to risk breaking the clamp due to over tightening it. Aside from that this is a good bike that is not only fast and smooth, but also affordable enough for those on a budget and don’t want to break the bank. It does tend to be a bit heavier when folded than unfolded, but it’s still compact enough for travel and storage. It says the battery takes 4-5 hours to charge, however mine was fully charged in half that time. Anyone looking for an e bike that isn’t too expensive but also has great performance, this is a good product

First electric bike and after 1 test run, everything seems overall okay. Nothing bad enough to return it for. Each individual part and the bike overall is good. Installation was straight forward and simple. Can use it with the battery or without which is a big plus and rides fairly decently (for 20'' tires) without the battery. The folding function works as stated. I haven't used the backseat yet. Using the bike without pedaling, all electric, for a while and was fairly comfortable. The bike is low to the ground so I feel like it could be used by even kids or the elderly. The biggest strength of the bike is it's convenience. The battery is easy to put in and take out, the seat can be pushed up without blocking the battery when taking it out, the bike could be folded with 3 or 4 folds, and even the pedals can be folded which always irritated me for my mountain bike. There's even a handle so you can lift the bike under the seat since the frame has a folding feature in the middle instead of a solid frame. Lights and electric bell function well.Only a few complaints but no deal breakers. The bike is fairly heavily, i think it said 60 pounds, so it is a hassle even taking it up a couple of stairs. The steering handle could use more resistance when turning which would make going in high speeds more comfortable but it isn’t major. Also, the power levels in the bike is a bit hard to tell from the monitor but just might need to get used to it. Do not regret buying this, was a bit worried in the beginning because it only had 100ish reviews but it turned out okay. Everything was basically what I expected from the description but pleasantly surprised by how seamlessly it functions.

This ebike has been great for getting back and forth to work, which is a short trip. It kind of rattles when hitting bumps but I can't find the cause of it. The battery needs to be charged daily or it seems to provide less power, but it goes fast enough to get the job done. The shock absorber feature doesn't really help with big cracks or uneven pavement but it's good on roadways that are decently paved. Haven't tried it out on trails but the few times I've hit rocky terrain the treads seem to grab the rocks making for a rough ride, although the tires are nice and stable. You may have to readjust the seat and handlebar lock, it has a habit of coming loose-at least on my bike, but it's still worth the money. If you want to go off-road or hit the hiking trails you may want to get one with shock absorbers in a different location, but as a city commuter this is a good deal. The seat is nice a comfy!!

This bike is awesome. Got it at a discount. Has lots of power, and is a great hauler. Got this to get to and from work. Help with grocery shopping and laundry. Battery life is good. Goes a little quicker in the really cold weather. I love that the charging cord has a quiet fan on it. And is safe for an hour or 2 past full charge to unplug before it messes with the quality of the battery. Would recommend to anyone who is responsible and aware of being safe on the road.
