The tub was broke. The spray hose is broke. We had to tape it, and the tub leaks, and one of the brushes bristles are fallen all off. They were not put on right the towel is nice.

After we put the batteries in and added water the batteries started to drain into the water

My Bearded Dragon Cosmo loves this bath tub, well not love but really likes. He isn't a fan of the shower portion, but likes being able to float in it. I don't trust him enough to walk away from him, but under supervision, he does a good job in it. The brush is an added bonus. Great product!
