Good for organizing impact bits and keeping things handy especially when working on ladders or other areas where you can't carry everything. Not just drill bits, but any tool or bit with an impact shaft will work with it.Good value for only $10 and 6 bit holders, however in my set one of them (the orange one sadly) doesn't work, it won't lock anything in place so it's useless. The other 5 hold well and the main carabiner and key rings seem to be decent quality.

This ELEAD 6-Piece Bit Holder Key Chain is really cool. The carabiner is solidly made and, if that's not enough, you can lock it by twisting a threaded sleeve over where it opens. I won't be doing that very often because when it closes it pretty much stays closed. This bit holder is really well made. It's everything they say it is and more.I loaded it up with an assortment of commonly used bits. Then I made a strong adhesive tab that I attached to the bottom of the drill I use the most. As you can see, the carabiner now hooks on my drill. This way I won't lose it. Also, I can hang the whole setup on a nail in the garage (see pic). There's a big benefit there because I've misplaced that drill many times. I never thought of hanging it up over the workbench. Now it will be there when I need it with at least a 90% chance that the bit I need is attached. If you don't already have something like this, I highly recommend this bit holder. I can't even imagine anything better except maybe this one with a strong adhesive tab that you can attach to your drill or someplace else.

I can't count how many times I wish I had something like this! I'm dealing with a mix of Philips, Torx and square screws. I'm sure it sounds familiar, those are common around the house. I try to keep a spare bit attached to my impact driver, but it is always a wrong one, and can be easily lost. This holder resolves this problem. It is conveniently attached to a belt loop, the bits are always close by and secure. What this holder lacks is a more sophisticated mechanism for one handed operation. My Ryobi impact driver is like this: you pull on the ring- the bit pops out, you push in another bit- it locks. This holder requires to hands for both insertion and removal.

This was something that I have been missing in my toolbox. I have been needing something to help me keep track of bits while working in tight spaces. With my luck I typically will drop a bit or need a different one when I am in a really tight space (in my attic or crawl space). This helps me keep a few extras with me and not have to crawl out of the space I am in to grab another bit. They have a strong quick release lock to hold the bit in place until you need. The carbineer is really high quality to connect my toolbelt or belt loop. I recommend this if you need to keep things organized and easy to locate your bits while you are working.

These bit holders are the real deal. I’ve used other cheaper ones in the past, but these stand out immediately in terms of quality. The materials feel premium, especially the carabiner, which even includes a locking nut to prevent accidental opening. The holders themselves are weighty and solid, which makes them feel durable and reliable. The key rings are tightly coiled and heavy duty, not flimsy like you see on lower end options. Even the ball detents hold bits firmly. A couple were a bit stiff at first, but they just needed a little breaking in.Overall, I feel confident that my bits and drivers are secure and not going anywhere. Great purchase, worth the slightly higher price tag.

Sadly, the sockets were too large to hold my drill bits, but they were perfect for standard-sized screwdriver bits. Normally, I toss them in my pocket at the start of a project, but they end up all over the place by the end. Now, I can just load up the bits I need and hang it from my belt loop or tool belt and go. The carabiner has a safety latch that screws over the henge to lock everything in place and you can also remove each bit holder to hook with the individual key rings. No more dropping bits down into engine bays! Might order a second set to store an assortment of bits in my glove box in case I need them on the road.

this is a super handy little clip. I'm in the middle of a deck project and it was driving me MAD running back and forth to get a bit i forgot on the other side of the work area. this allows me to keep my most common bits for the project on my belt loop and easily accessible. i keep an extension, torx, Philips, 1/2 paddle, and 1/4drill bits on there for this particular project. if it starts to get in the way you can just remove it from your belt but all the bits still stay together and easy to find

These are nice high quality bit holders. They fit the bits well, hold them securely and have a nice heft to them. I have two small complaints so I removed a star. The first is it's easyish to accidentally release a bit and slightly difficult to use one handed. To release the bit you push towards the base, most other styles use a "reverse" release where you pull towards the bit you are holding. The reverse style provides a more secure hold less prone to bumping, it also makes one handed use slightly more difficult since you can't grab and pull. The second issue is you can't push to engage, you have to pull the collar back insert, the bit and then it locks in place. It would be nice if you could just push in like most collets.
