Shorts are not as loose as they appear in the photos. I even sized up and they still fit strange (looser on top, tighter on bottom). The cuffs on the legs are also tight with so if you have thicker thighs beware.

The material feels a lot flimsy than advertised. Definitely size up if you want the waistband to be comfortable!The back of the shorts also had some faded/pale white patches almost like dust on it, even though it came vacuum packed??I gave it a three star review as it's not as pictured but still okay to wear.

I’m a girl goalie so I was happy these fit over my 42 inch glutes with little problem. The thighs are unbelievably tight, almost not able to walk with my 25 inch quads. I bought them for sleep shorts so I just cut them up the sides like Daisy Dukes, and I’ll bar tack the top of the slit and zigzag the edges later today to prevent fraying.They’re buttery soft and I slept with no discomfort after making the emergency alterations. I’d have never been able to get up on my bed even, as tight as they were.Just keep in mind when ordering the thighs are not anywhere near as generously fitting as the seat, and that’s the single reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. I might actually splice a V shaped piece of other fabric, like the pics of the hippie jeans from the 70s. If it was colder than 3C at night (I think that’s around 36-38F) at night, these emergency slits would probably be a bit too breezy when I kick the covers off in my sleep.

I bought 3 pairs of shorts black, grey and pink. I haven’t used the shorts yet. However, they are beautiful. Great quality (thin not see though). They fit a little snug but they fit. 🤗🤗

The photo the merchant provides is not of these shorts. It is a close copy-cat of another brand. The cut, style, pockets etc., are made to be like the photo, but it is such a COMPLETELY different and unattractive fabric that it does not allow the shorts to "drape" on your body as they do in the photo. I even bought in 2 different colors (black and blue) to see if the color made a difference in the fabric used; it did not. Because this fabric is a low-quality, stiff (almost canvas like) cotton, it does not "drape" on your hips like the photo. It's almost like wearing a box that just protrudes around your hips and legs. Extremely unflattering knock-off.

I love every pair of drawstring shorts, capris and pants I've ever bought. The loose and baggy pant paired with a fitted top is my everyday look, so you can imagine why I was so excited to discover these shorts. Well, I highly recommend NOT ordering them. The description stated that they were a poly/spandex blend so I expected something drapey and flowy; however, they were 100% cotton as you can see in the photo. Zero stretch or drape. Looked similar to a men's Columbia fishing short. If that's your end use, go for it; otherwise, stear clear! Very masculine and boxy and 100% cotton will def not wash or wear well.

Stretch so size up if you want more baggy. I'm somewhere between a small and medium and ordered a medium. I have thick thighs and it's loose enough to be flattering and not cut off circulation when I sit. I'm 5'2" and 138lbs but a pear body type and I ordered the black. Will be ordering more.

So SoThese shorts aren’t bad, but not exactly as product description promised. First, fabric is listed as “95% polyester and 5% spandex, loose, casual, comfy, super soft, light fabric”, but the pair I received is 100% cotton, feels like a brushed canvas/linen material, and is slightly stiff. Tag states “100% Cotton, Wash Separately; Professional Dry Clean Recommended; Made in China”. This tells me the color is likely to bleed, and that the pair may shrink or be a problem to wash. While I don’t mind hang to dry, I was looking for loose, comfy, casual, easy to maintain summer shorts. Dry cleaning is not on that list or a way I plan to maintain casual summer shorts. I got the brown pair, so I’m also wondering what they might look like if they bleed in the wash. Also, based on the size chart, I went with a Large. I’m 5’5 1/2, 140 lbs. These fit a bit big and because the fabric doesn’t hang as loose as the photo, it looks like too much fabric. So I could have likely sized down to Medium. The waist is stretchy, fabric in hips is amble, and the draw string works, so if between sizes, size down. I do like the deep side pockets and color, and with the price point being inexpensive, quick delivery, hot temps approaching, and likelihood that the 100% cotton will shrink and maybe soften in the wash, I might keep these and see what happens. But I ordered 3 pairs in different colors and will likely choose my favorite and send the other 2 back.

Excellent shorts! Comfortable! The fit is pretty true to size in my opinion. I purchased a large & they fit nicely. The waist is stretchy, but the fabric itself is not. They washed nicely. I did wash my black shorts on delicate cycle & I did not dry clean them. I also air dried them. I also purchased the black with floral print and they are stretchy and a lot more soft than the black.

I'm typically a size 12 and have been looking for shorts that are longer and high waisted cause I can be self-conscious of my legs. I got these in a size 2XL because I wanted a little extra flow and they are perfect! i can wear them at my belly button and they would pass the "finger test". If you are questioning getting them, get them! The fabric is also light. The only somewhat complaint is that if I sweat too much, it shows up a little on the fabric but I typically wear biker shorts under them cause of chaffing so I don't have to worry about that too much.
