I was very surprised. I needed a cheap all white long sleeved shirt for a refinishing project. This shirt is so soft and comfortable against my skin. I think I will buy another one for casual attire.An important note about the size. I find almost all XL polo shirts a little tight in the chestthorax area. This shirt in an XL was extremely loose on me (which was acceptable for working on my project). However if you want a tight or even skin tight fit go at least a size smaller. The cloth is very comfortable and with 12% spandex it stretches very well.

I typically wear a large (ideally large-tall), and got the large in this and found the fit to be good. I got this more as a hiking shirt as, where we live, the sun will drive you inside faster than anything else given how intense it is.Wearing the shirt out, I found it to be soft, very stretchy, comfortable, laid well against my body with no weird bunching, and reasonably cool. I did not find it to breathe particularly well, but the material still seems to stay and keep cool reasonably well (time will tell as we get into hotter months).I greatly appreciate the lack of logos and tags which I find produce warmer spots and just ruin other shirts for me. I also found that the fabric doesn't seem to snag everything as many other synthetic clothing items I have do...dry skin, walking by branches and leaves, etc. all didn't really seem to catch and drag.I will be glad to use it throughout the sunnier seasons as a full coverage outdoor shirt. I'm somewhat doubtful of the UPF 80+ claim, but accept that it is far better than fully exposed arms!

I sunburn easily, so I like to wear these long sleeve T shirts when I spend time outdoors. The fabric is stretchy, breathes pretty well, dries super fast (nice when I'm sweating) and is just plain comfortable. The fit is perfect for me - you might order a size larger if you prefer a really loose fit, but the large fits me just right.
