I got these so they’d be long enough to cover a brace I’m wearing on my knee and they’re great for that, but overall just so comfortable, love the fabric. And functional, too! Love the zippered side pocket. The elastic waist is great. And the colors, plenty to choose from. Great value.

They are good shorts but the first thing you need to is, check the buttons, as they are not sown on properly.

Excellent 3/4 length casual wear pants. Bought mine one year ago and so far no problems. Keeps the knees protected from sun when sitting in a boat, and wading without rolling up pants is a plus. Would like to see a quick-dry version of this pants as this cotton version is not ideal for boating, and also a version with a full-size zipper pocket.

I was looking for some new shorts when I moved to Florida. Everything that I have ordered in the past has always been too small. I'm a 34-in waist and these fit spot on. Lots of room in the pockets with easy access. Love that. The belt it comes with is pretty cheap. I would rather spend a few more dollars to get something a little more substantial, a little thicker. It's basically just a small cargo strap and buckle. After you wear it for a while, the belt just folds up and becomes about the width of a rope in places. And if you want to replace with a different belt, the loops are too small to fit anything else. How about we make wider and more substantial loops, and give me a belt worthy of the shorts.They would get a five star rating with that improvement. For now, four stars is all I can give. I will try to update after I get some time and washes on them to see how durable they really are. The picture I have shows my original pair on top with the belt attached, it's got probably four washes, and lightly dried. The bottom pair is brand new and only washed once. They become a little bit softer but don't lose a lot of their color so far.

They are as described and the fit is perfect. I'm 6ft 200lbs 38 waist and these are a dead on fit. Colour purplish/gray is also accurate. My wife says they are well made and she should know since she made clothes for herself and our kids. Nice light cotton and loose enough fit to keep cool on hot days. Haven't washed them yet so if they don't wash up well I will edit this review. I'll wash them in cold water and air dry them because cotton will shrink even though the instructions show 40c water temp and dryer ok. I guess time will tell if they last and stand up to washing. I'll be buying another if these have no issues.

Surprisingly good quality for the price, elastic around waist is quite soft so need to get a good fit or use a belt.

PROS:- Nice color selection- Pockets are perfect for my needs; especially the little "key" type pocket on the right side of these shorts- Decent priceCONS:- Same size in different colors vary by 2 inches in the waist- Fits kinda of snug in the crotch area; even tighter with the shorts that are smaller by 2 inchesSUMMARY:- Originally I ordered the Purplish Gray. It fit OK; but definitely needed the belt. The second pair I ordered, was the "Khaki" (Sand) color shorts. I ordered the same size as the Purplish Gray ones ... but these were 2 inches shorter in the waist. Strange. They are decent shorts, but I am going to look elsewhere for other 3/4 length cargo shorts. Can't really recommend them because, every body is different. It may fit perfect for you; but it's not quite right for me.
