It took a minute to figure out how to get them even on the wall because they were under a shelf. But they look great. They’re not super heavy duty, but they are fine for what I needed.

These were exactly what we were looking for and a better price than in the store.

I love the way these worked out in our project. After reading some reviews I decided to use gel stain (which sits on top of the wood vs being absorbed into it). That was the right move! Even the gel stain took two coats vs the one coat we needed to do on the wood shelves. If you use gel stain, you then need an oil based poly… so it all took a bit of planning beforehand but overall I’m really happy with the end result.

This item exceeded my picky expectation. It is flawless, durable, and beautiful! I had not even heard of "Rubber wood" before, and was concerned it might be some weak type of wood. Wrong! This stuff is VERY tough and strong. Love these corbels!

This might be my favorite purchase from amazon. I am in love with the way my corbels turned out. I purchased the rubberwood, sanded and stained them. They turned out perfect and were so well made!

I bought two of these as brackets to hold up a kitchen counter top. There had been a decorative post that was a complete nuisance. I had the flooring replaced and the post removed - which should save some stubbed toes. These brackets are nicely done. The mounting mechanism is really not designed for this application - I think it is designed for holding up shelves. I was able to work around the mechanism and they look great.

I like the style and finish on these brackets. Will be easy to prep and paint, and they will look nice on my bar.

I purchased these to replace the black metal ones. I searched and found some I liked at a craft store but they weren’t solid wood. When I found these, I had to give it a try! As others have commented, if your countertop is already installed, they won’t work. Unless, you make modifications like I did! I predrilled one hole on each, then used a 1/2” spade bit so I could cover up the hole with 1/2” wood plugs/buttons. I used Jacobean stain by Minwax.

The quality was pretty good for the price but a buyer must be aware of the installation process before buying these corbels. They must be installed BEFORE the shelf is put in place. For some that may not be a concern, but in my case they were being installed under a kitchen counter bar. They were to provide just a little bit of support and were more decorative than anything, but the attachment brackets require the shelf or bar to be supported to be removed first. If this is not possible, then these are of no use.
