I would like to love this thing but it has one major flaw for my use. The hole in the white plastic valve is so tiny it is ridiculous. Skinnier then a paper clip. Why is it not the same size or close to the same size as the neck. Yes you will get water and solvents through this tiny hole but forget about anything thicker passing through such as an emulsion. Other then that the glass is good. This is the only seperatory funnel out of two other sellers that didn't arrive broken and was well packaged.

Arrived with the tip, below the value, broken off. The item was poorly packaged: no 'glass' or 'fragile' indication on the box, and a rudimentary sleeve of cardboard surrounding the body of the funnel, but leaving the tip exposed to the side of the containing box! A few plastic air pouches thrown in - ineffective given the delicate nature of the item.

The opening size is labelled on the neck, which is nice, but when I took the glass out of the packaging, it appears to have been scratched/gently damaged all around the largest part of the bulb during shipping. I can drag my fingernail across the marks and it will catch. I suppose it's only a matter of time before it breaks on me. :-/

Arrived fine. Good packaging. Glass is very clear good shape forming. Stopper fits well. Petcock is smooth turning.

Item arrived on time and was well packaged. It's a beautiful funnel, well made. Glass is free of imperfections, blemishes, bubbles etc normally seen on inexpensive glassware. Stopcock functions properly, no leaking. Top stopper is also good quality and fits / functions as it should.

Perfect for me, I love the proportions - my old one was 'squattier', until I ended up (accidentally) throwing it at the wall whilst shaking it.
