Quality product and straight segment was useful to me and is not present in most funnels that seem to have a taper. External diameter of this segment was exactly as listed.

The funnel itself is just fine. It’s labeled as a funnel for powder, and that’s what I use it for (transferring powdered minerals for my goats from the bags they come in to more sturdy storage containers). The funnel was shipped in a plastic envelope with bubble-wrap lining. Apparently the package was crushed while in transit, because I found upon opening the envelope, the small end of the funnel was cracked. It still works for my purposes, but if I were using it for liquids they would dribble/leak. If I was very concerned about contamination between the minerals I use it for, it would be unacceptable as the powder gets in the cracks in the plastic and stays there.However, in my case, it does a good job funneling the minerals. The small end of the funnel is nicely sized to let powder run through it freely. But packaging for shipping should be upgraded.

The price seems high, but funnel is solid. Bought it for the garden sprayer to avoid drift of herbicide. Slipped right over the sprayer head and used a rubber band to keep it from slipping off. It works...and I can see through while I spray. Winner,

This funnel has just large enough of an opening to be able to decant fruit and hops into the carboy if you use the skinny end of a wooden spoon as a tamper to ensure it all goes through. We use it to add cranberries to our homemade cider.

I use this funnel for filling fuel tank on lawn mower and lawn tractor. Large discharge port allows fuel to flow easily without splashing. First funnel worked so well that I bought a 2nd to have as a spare.
