To ensure your rod mounted skeleton will fit measure the rod. It must be less than 12.5 mm. Equipped with set screw to hold skeleton rod in place. Stand is made of cast iron to prevent tipping and is built to handle rough terrain and heavy movement. The stand is also built with heavy duty casters that are able to roll on multiple surfaces and have brakes to lock the skeleton into place.

I frequently order from Amazon. In fact, I order items so often that - once the boxes get delivered - I often don’t even remember what’s inside of them. You might imagine my surprise when I attempted to bring this item inside my home. “What did you spend your money on?!”, you (or Dave Ramsey) might ask. I asked myself a similar question. But after summoning the strength of a thousand men, I successfully carried this item into my domicile.I can confirm that this item is heavy duty, as its name implies. The heavy duty construction was so apparent that my father - whose first language is Spanish - remarked “Mijo, that’s heavy duty!” I scarcely have received such a compliment for myself.With that being said, this is an extremely great item and I trust it with my skeleton wholeheartedly. I’ll let you determine if I mean my skeleton or my skeleton. In fact, I strongly suspect that this stand will outlive me and multiple generations to come.Some say that the pen is mightier than the sword. That may be true - but the pen is most certainly not mightier than the EISCO heavy duty skeleton stand base. I fully entrust this product with my skeleton model. And you should too. If anyone can find a sturdier stand, then I would like to see it!

It rolls amazing and is so durable no junior higher can break it. But it definitely did not fit my skeleton. With the help of my tech ed teacher all I had to do was cut the old stand's bar and use a drill the hole a little bigger using a drill bit. Then I attached the two. Now it's amazing! My students love it and so do I!

Just got this bad boy in today. The stand is as solid as a rock, no way this thing is gonna break any time soon. Was afraid my skeleton wouldn't work cause the guide rod is so small but the screw attached to the stand is doing a great job keeping it in place.Now onto the only downside, as you can see this thing isn't cheap at all. So the price might scare you away a little but trust me while it is a hefty investment you are getting a quality product that you will never have to fear breaking.If you are a horror collector or are into medical skeletons, you have the cash and need a stand I can't recommend this one more.
