First, this comes smaller than what I expected. Like other reviews mentioned, there were flaws here and there just out of the box. The assembly was also more complicated than i expected for a storage box. The screws and the holes were not fully aligned. Worst is that the base board didn’t have pre-drilled holes as shown in the instructions. So one would need a drill and a screwdriver to assemble this box. Not super happy with my purchase, but it would be too much work to disassemble and return it.

If you are looking for a chic coastal toy box, this is it! This toy box is a great value for what it cost. It is very sturdy, the perfect size, holds a lot and has a soft closure latch.

Nice weaving, neat, and trunk lid works well. Easy to assemble, sturdy and great storage. However, woven material is easy to show its natural colors if lightly jarred or bumped. Shoe polish, or magic markers cover blemishes. It’s a good addition to much needed extra storage..

I love the look of this chest. It is hand made, it smells wonderful... earthy from the hyacinth leaves. I purchased it to store extra blankets, sheets and pillowcases . It is ideal. The assembly was a little difficult, but I muddled through alone (the instructions state it is a two person job). All parts were complete and easy to identify. All in all, an excellent choice at an excellent price. It should last many years with gentle care.

We were looking for a toy bin that would look good in our living room that is more formal and decorative (the grandparent’s house). This looks really good and fits a lot of toys. It’s very sturdy and I would definitely recommend.

Very nice as a coffee table. I don’t usually write reviews but I was a bit nervous to purchase this because the price is a bit higher than I was hoping for And I didn’t want it to be cheap looking. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is.
