Four-hole Design

The lid is literally cut glass with a wooden handle screwed in it. Not resistant to anything: not for dishwasher, not for oven, if it falls it shatters. The circle concavities do make perfect rounded fried eggs, but the flipping of them are difficult, and no kitchen utensil fits other than the one that came with. Overall is a nice product, the non-sticking works fine, but it can be improved.

I’ve used this thing a few times now and I really am liking it. The little spatula that comes with it helps you get it up so you can put a cookie size spatula under so you can flip it. It does take some time to get the egg cooked in the middle cause you can’t turn up heat too high. I was using a muffin tin designed for the air fryer, but this is a little wider and I can get more stuff in it. They both make decent eggs, but I think this on the stove, cooking it a little slower gives the eggs a better taste. That’s just one man’s opinion.🥯🥚

I recently purchased the Bobikuke Egg Pan and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. Great product, exactly what I had hoped for. We have another similar pan with small shallow cavities which was good for mini pancakes, but this new pan is quickly becoming the no. 1 used pan in the house. We are using this on an induction stove top to make perfect egss for English Muffin Sandwiches and more. Low-medium heat with lid on until eggs are firm enough to flip without breaking yoke, creating a great gel like yolk which kind of resemble a poached egg. We do oil our pan regardless that its non stick. Maybe we don't have to, I'm not willing to try.We mixed up a batch of Krust-ease pancake mix according to the box. Filled the little cavities half way and let it go on medium heat. Flipped when bubbles broke and did nor immediately refill. Flipping takes a little finesse, but included silicone 'spoonula' does the job. Produced amazing thick pancakes shown in the picture. We definitely made too many for a single breakfast, but our kid liked them so much he ate some as a snack later, cold straight out of the fridge. I imagine we will have more successes as we try adittinal easy bake products like cornbread and muffin mixes.

There’s a “heat sensor” embedded in the pan. It’s a piece of silicone that changes color when the pan is hot (from red to white). Because it goes through the thickness of the pan in a slit close to the handle, it means it gets hot when the heat from the burner reaches it, not sure if that’s foolproof?In any case, the pan works well. I’ve only used it a handful of times, for fried eggs, mini frittatas, and flourless “pancakes”.What I liked:Warm up is fairly quick and it works on medium-high (don’t put it on high). With minimal oil or cooking spray it’s truly non stick. There’s a tiny lip all around for the lid to sit within, but works also on case you overfill the cups. Lid is nice and also good weight, and it’s glass. Pretty heavy too. Wipes and washes easily. Comes with an extra screw and tightening washer and a silicon brush and spatula set.What could be better:The lid is very flat. It should probably be slightly domed on one side. I imagine it’s to cover the individual cups well. I find it collects condensation. While the cooking side is pretty simple, the underside of the pan has many shapes and crevices. Nbd though not aesthetically pretty per say. There’s a tiny indent in the middle between the 4 cups, not sure why? Maybe to fit the underside of the screw that gos into the lid’s knob? The silicone heat sensor I mentioned above, to me isn’t a need, and I don’t know that’s actually a main feat? The pan is square (though I knew what I was buying), bit awkward on the stove burners and if you’re only cooking 2 eggs, the other 2 cup holes are heating up on empty (I did not see any 2 cup pans). I put some water in the empty ones while I cook in the other 2 today, just to keep it from scorching.Overall seems like a nice pan, served me well the few times I’ve used it so far. Price was good and shipped quickly.

I was never any good at making sunny side up eggs. Maybe its because there is a slight slant in my floor and all the eggs run to one side of the pan, or maybe I'm just bad at eggs. Nobody truly knows. That's not really a problem now. Makes perfect and uniform sunny side up eggs every time. They also fit nicely on an English muffin. I get way more use out of this thing than I ever thought I would.I guess you could make pancakes too if you're into that sort of thing.

Útil, resistente y sencillo de usar (y sobre todo, de limpiar). Al fin dejé de hacer huevos o panqueques "de animalitos" (con forma de todo, menos redondos, jajajaja). Con una pala de silicón se retiran fácilmente. Yo agrego a los huevos jamón, queso (del que se derrite) ensalada de chícharos con zanahoria y papas, sal y pimienta y quedan unos huevos tipo motuleños exquisitos. Al principio mi esposa e hijos se burlaban de mí sartén "para jugar a la comidita" (los huevos y panqueques quedan de 10 CM de diámetro) ahora hasta ellos lo prefieren utilizar (jaja). Solo embarra bien el interior con un poco de mantequilla untable ayudándote con una brocha de cocina, y además de despegarse sin dificultad y bien enteritos, quedarán con aroma y sabor como en los mejores restaurantes...
