This is a fun toy that improves dexterity, focus, and imagination. My 2.5 and 3.5 year old granddaughters love playing with it. The only improvement would be to make the power a little stronger.

I got this for my 2.5 year old as she likes toys that use fine motor skills. This was an excellent choice. She doesn’t care much for the templates, but she loves using the power drill and screwing and unscrewing the bolts and cogs by hand. The quality is good as it doesn’t feel super cheap. I really like that it comes in a box where everything can be stored together.

Fun toy for my toddler. The powered screwdriver is a huge hit! The toy is a little advanced for an 18 mo toddler , the rest of the toy will be great as he ages.

My two and a half year old daughter loves this! Keeps her entertained! Good quality! Wish it had a case for all the stuff but you can reuse the box it comes in or put it in a gallon ziplock bag so everything stays together! 10/10 💓

I purchased this item for one of our granddaughter’s Xmas presents. I’m sure some people might think this toy is only for boys but you would be mistaken - she absolutely loved it! I believe it will be a favorite toy for a long time. For an inexpensive gift this toy is highly recommended- for both boys and girls!

This is a great toy for a young child, my 4 year old daughter loves it the colors are great and the patters are adorable. The best part is you can use it over and over again. The drill is very easy for little hands to use and is great for improving fine motor skills. Highly recommend this toy to boys or girls!

I like that our grandson was thrilled to receive this gift for his 5th birthday, but then, I knew he was going to like it because he plays with my set of Design and Drill everytime he comes to our house for a visit. Now he has his very own set, but it's different from mine so he'll still have an interest in the one we have when he comes to stay over. He wanted to play with it immediately but had other gifts to open, but I know he's going to have lots of fun with it because the set we have occupies him for long periods of time. He is just SO into drilling and using that little toy! LOL So, yes I would definitely purchase this Educational Insights Design and Drill Gears Workshop 55 pieces and would recommend it for any child at all. It's just one of those great toys every child should experience! The only problem would be if there is a younger sibling in the house that likes to put things in their mouth because the little pieces would not be good for that and would definitely need to be kept up and watched carefully by an adult if a small child was anywhere about. Just sayin. But we've been able to manage it for about a little over a year now when they were one and three.
