These bolts are good quality, yet nowhere on the package or Amazon page do they say what size they are.It would be helpful to have this information on this Amazon page, because sometimes things look much bigger in pictures than they really are.on the package it says, 8504 Plated Bolts for 2101When you are buying bolts you need to know what size you are getting, the size of the bolts i received is, 3/8- 16 x 1" length and the washers are about .125 or 1/8 of an inch thick,.

Not much to review. They are just bolts and washers. None missing.

Other than just looking attractive, chevy manifold bolts can have poor clearance as the oem design puts the bolts around the pressureized ports on the intake manifold and they put them closer than needed. On oem manifolds or manifolds that support a choke it can be rather tight around the exhaust crossover. The smaller hex assures clearance of closed tools like sockets, box wrenches and offset torque adapters. Socket heads might seem like a good idea but on tall manifolds may require allen wrenches or at least very compact torque wrenches and adapters to tighten while the small hex allows the use of offset torque adapters which i feel are more likely to fit the space.

These are not as nice as stainless bolts but seem to be a good product and were a huge upgrade over the painted stock bolts that were on my motor.

Get these if you upgrade your intake to an Edelbrock manifold. The stock bolts don't quite fit correctly. Plus they're shiny

The best aspect of these bolts is the reduced-hex head. The heads make it MUCH easier to get a socket on the two middle bolts on either side allows, or at least it did on my son's SBC rebuild with an Edelbrock 2101 IM. Installing these bolts with the reduced heads and extra thick washers stopped the oil leak issue we were having. Make sure you get the correct bolts for your IM, as I believe some require different lengths.

If youre installing a new aluminum intake, you absolutely need these, don't be that cheap toothless hilljack that puts a nice intake on their sbc with the old rusty bolts.

Bought these and used them alongside of the cheap-o chrome plated bolts that you get at the major "Car Parts" Stores (oil change and air freshener stores) and these things are head and shoulders better! Torquing them off and on and the finish is still perfect. With the cheap chrome plated ones the chrome starts flaking off the first time i tighten them. SDpend a few extra bucks if you care about the little details and buy these!!!!!
