Easy to replace and works great. My filter pressure gauge was nine years old and I have not been able to read it for a few years now. Time to replace the liner so I replaced everything else to make the pool like new and easy to maintain. There was one that came with teflon tape but this one did not and that would be a nice addition but I have lots of it laying around so it wasn't a big deal for me. If you order this and don't have any around, stop by walmart or a hardware store and grab a roll so you are ready all at once. This is super clear and easy to read. The built in markers are great so you can set the green at your "clean" pressure and the red lets you know if/when you have exceeded it. I don't wait that long but it's great to know that you have that visual reminder if you forget to backwash your pool for a while.
