At first I thought there was a problem with the capacitors because they were all smaller than the ones that I needed. I checked the microfarads on my old ones and they all matched up. They are making things smaller every day. The capacitors that were in the ECU were 25 years old. After I installed them and put the ECU back in the vehicle it worked great.
