I bought 4 boxes. I opened to see if they were the right color and then closed the box. My plan was to use them for my classroom this year. I never took them out of the box for easy storage for the summer. Opened them and 6 out of 40 are broken. Of course I need more but I’m not willing to buy 2 more boxes just to hope for 6 that aren’t damaged. Unfortunately it’s too late to return them.🤬

The colors aren’t as light and muted as I was expecting (hoping). However they are much better than some of the really bright, bold primary colors in my opinion. They are more adult looking so you can really use them for cookbooks or in an office. They link together with the lips on the sides. This helps them to line up evenly but also looks nice. The plastic material is lightweight. They are certainly acceptable quality for what I use them for. They would also be appropriate in a child or teen room. Again it would just provide more of a mature look versus a nursery or grade school feel.

The bins are longer so they can fit larger size books. So many children's books are big and do not fit in the smaller bins. The bins are pretty sturdy. They stack well, too. I ordered gray color - it is quite light color. It is fully opaque.
