Great product. Had to hire a welder for installation and it fit perfectly

These parts slip over the rotted frame. Cut/grind out the rust, measure the control arm mount points, weld them in. They replace the upper and lower control arm and sway bar end link mounts. Nice beefy steel. The metal takes welds fine. Their welds are ok. I ran beads on the bottom where they didn't. And they butt up perfectly to the center section frame repair. Great price and a good product.

Fitment is as close to OEM as you could get. Metal quality is good and the welds for the accessory brackets were solid.

These pieces are well made. This is not a diy task for the average person. But when properly installed they function perfectly. All mounting points lined up

This is a good product with one exception. It’s manufactured utilizing a robotic welder and the welds are simple tack welds in some areas and misaligned in other areas. A well qualified welder can resolve this issue in less then 20 minutes. I purchased both driver and passenger pieces and both had the same issues in the same areas. I have some welding experience but given the issues of safety if not properly welded I elected to hire a certified welder to repair both units and install them on my 97 TJ

Terrible fabrication. bolt holes do not line up. welds are not even connecting both pieces that are to be welder together.

My welder ended up trimming the top of the repair panel and he touched up a few welds and had to weld the entire bottom part. I am confident this is stronger than the Jeep ever was.It fit perfectly and the control arms and parts all went right back together.

I had a strange wobble in my Jeep every time I shifted, got on, or off the gas. My frame rails were badly rusted on the lower forward side in front of the rear axle. This fixed the problem. I had a local Hot Rod shop install them. He said they were the very same as the more expensive T-Caps. However, it was not cheap to have them welded in, Cost me $600.00 in labor, but I am pleased with the parts. I was told no problem doing the install. I was told upfront the install price and this seems to be the going rate. Due to where these parts go and what attaches to them, I did not feel comfortable doing the install myself. I think these parts are a bargain for what they do, and I would not hesitate to buy them again for another jeep if needed.
