This easy-to-use spray-on formula provides long-lasting protection for your exterior wood projects including: Decking, wood fence, gondolas / pergolas, plywood, wood siding, wood shingles, etc. This product differs from most water repellents because of its vapor transmission abilities which allow for long-term product and substrate performance. This allows substrates to still cure and prevents moisture from being trapped which can lead to a rapid degradation of the substrate.

Barely works compared to other sealing materials. I followed directions and made several applications. Wood still absorbs water and water does not "bead" on the surface, but instead soaks in. Totally does not work for sealing flat surfaces that may have drinks of food placed on them. I suggest a traditional water based or oil based sealer.

I live in a very wet part of Hawaii where molds, mildews, and mosses grow on absolutely everything. Last summer I used this on my roof, my driveway, my house, and my stone porch. It created on effective seal on everything I used it on. We're halfway through the winter, and there's no mold or mildew or moss on anything!

Perfect for waterproofing my chicken coop. You do need to do this each year, but worth it... Coops are Expensive!!

I had been looking for a spray that I could use over my pond that wouldn't hurt the fish and this stuff came through big time. It repels water way better than the chemical filled stuff I used on my old dock, it's ease of use, durability and versatility is amazing. I bought more to seal other projects I've completed... just fantastic stuff!

This review is temporary, but for now it’s 4 I went around perimeter 2 times with a brush where I could not spray and applied very liberal, then proceeded to spray coat 1 let it dry for 30-40 min then applied 2nd coat and let it dry completely for 30hrs then it down poured and right now it looks like it is doing what it is supposed to my only concern is I have painted deck posts and painted stair skirt which were impossible to keep the product from making contact I was only able to wipe it off where I could walk safely and there is nothing stated if it will harm or damage painted surfaces other than that I’m pretty happy at the moment time will tell FYI: product will puddle during application if applied to heavy etc if you can’t reach those areas to brush or mop it did soak in or dry with no issue , smell not an issue even after shaking the bottles I had some minimal white solids come thru sprayer tip they did wipe away not sure what it wasAll good so far

Fast drying. Good quality. Easy to use. Doesn't change the color of your wood. Lays on fairly thick. Has protected my untreated wood raised garden beds well!

Received this on an overnight purchase as I was in desperate need of this to seal my new planter. Product was easy to use in a sprayer. A little pricey but wanted the no VOC. Product has no odor which is fantastic! Planter looks sealed so will update next year on how well it holds up over the summer!

I bought this for an outside cat house to weather seal the wood. I didn't have a way to spray it on so was afraid it wouldn't work. It worked just fine. I also live in a rental and my landlord is cheap in the moment but then costs himself more by having to repair and replace things because he's so cheap. I will hopefully live in this place a long while and so I take it upon myself to make things look nice. Anyway they recently built a small porch for my one door. They left it exposed and looking ugly. I sanded the wood by hand because it was small area, stained the wood a nice teak color, then applied this as sealer. I love how it turned out. It also has such a much nicer feel on my bare feet than regular polyurethane weather sealed wood does. I will need to put some slip guards down for certain though. My recycle bin slides all over if the wind blows bad. I'm afraid if the bin slides like that so will my shoes which means I'll fall.I still have like half the bottle left. A little of this stuff goes a long way.

Follow up: one year later the deck looks as bad or worse as it did before treatment. Don't mind doing a dirty job. I DO mind my effort being in vain.I followed directions, used appropriate methods of application and cleaning beforehand and it works. It also left a white film behind, sticking to some parts of an individual plank more than others. I still would buy this again because my deck is under a big tree and is prone to green rot and advanced aging. The application was also easy, clean and non toxic. I've included before and afer picture where you can see the improvement but also the white residue.

I guess time will tell, but so far I'm loving it. The water just beads up on it, and not absorbed at all. My dog will lick water up sometimes, and i do not have to worry about her getting sick from it as it is completely pet proof (safe for plants and animals).Spraying it on is super easy to do, and after 30 minutes, i would just wipe up any excess that puddled, then applied a second coat. Within a few hours it was safe to walk on, and with no rain for a few days, it was perfect.Highly recommended, i will repost next year to let you know how it is after some time, and a winter.PS This is 1 year old treated lumber, which is what is recommended before applying a waterproofing agent.

Pretty frustrating that this item just arrived and the price is cheaper. I tried to cancel this order a week prior to shipping and the seller did nothing. Also attempted to contact the seller and did not hear back. Now it arrives, it's a miniature version of what is advertised, and what's worse is I paid extra. Really disappointed. I didn't even want it.Despite all this I did use the product as directed and achieved less than great results. The waterproofing doesn't work well on freshly treated wood as advertised. The wood still absorbs a lot of water. Wouldn't recommend this at the price I paid ($35), wouldn't recommend the seller either unfortunately as they provide poor customer service (none at all in my experience).

Works perfectly. I sprayed mixture on my new outdoor cedar steps then lightly evened it out with a wide paint brush, it soaked right in so I put on a second coat after a few minutes. I then installed some non-skid treads on the steps for safety. Everytime it rains the water beads and runs right off. I used this product because my dog has a bad habit of licking any wet surface and it is supposed to be pet safe.
