"Easy Assembly: Setup is hassle-free, thanks to the clear instructions provided, allowing you to effortlessly assemble the vanity and enjoy its functionality right away." I thought that meant adding the sink and faucet... I didn't know it had to be built. Instructions were terrible. Took me 3 hours and i put together a '70 Bug so have some ability. I'm wondering about the tiny wood screws into mdf cut most didn't screw in tight.

It’s lovely! Sturdy, clean looking, modern and fun! The water on the top definitely would have been an issue and as soon as we read the reviews, my husband ordered a piece of acrylic sheet from Amazon, cut to size under the glass sink, it’s well protected! It’s great value for the money!

This vessel sink has solved our problem of water splashing on the floor. Large sink area and tall sides keep water in the basin, no more spills or splashes.Good quality manufactured wood cabinet and ceramic sink, decent faucet, I would prefer a longer arm to aim water towards the basin center.Assembly was harder than it had to be, instructions text was auto translated with no proofreading and some diagrams were confusing. Drawer rails are flimsy. Parts and hardware were well labeled.Overall the sink, cabinet, and faucet are well made, functional and pretty. Set came with a free mirror. Assembly instructions is the weakest link.

I love the trim on the sink, I wish it was a little smaller so that there would be a little mor countertop space, great value. A little hard to put together.

I'm amazed at all the negative reviews in regards to this vanity so I felt I needed to write a review.I see all these comments about it being wobbly (did you properly tighten the cam locks?), holes not lining up correctly (did you flip the board around and triple check that you had the right location and alignment?), and parts just strewn around the box (all of them were packaged individually based on what you needed to do with specific parts).Mass manufactured products CAN have issues with alignment of holes and other things based on how the item is machined and if it is off a bit or not. Being upset at the vendor really does nothing, you can simply contact them to see if they can assist in one way or another or contact Amazon. Got this put together in 1.5 hrs (yes there are a ton of steps) and it's incredibly heavy and sturdy.

I must say that we all love the look of it, the vessel sink is beautiful and it was easy to assemble and mount in the vanity. The vanity however came with a ton of parts and it took some time to assemble but it was worth it so be patient. The hole for the pipping was rather small but we were able to cut it to size without much hustle although we had to do some serious vacuuming to get all the dust off the floor, but it comes with the territory. If you have to size the opening I would recommend to use a dust mask and some safety glasses to just to keep it from getting inside your nose or eyes. I use PPE all the time which is always a good habit. I am very pleased with the price and the look and will definitely buy form this manufacturer again. It was well packaged and all the hardware was inside a cardboard box so we didn’t struggle to find anything. The vessel sink does not leak, it does come with two installation rings which keep it from leaking and helps it to sit nicely in place, if you are concerned about water leakage it isn’t uncommon to use a sealant around it, it is up to you. The only thing I had to add was padding for the kegs so it wouldn’t scratch my floor but other than that, I’m very pleased with the product. About durability, only time will tell but nothing lasts forever so as soon as you get your money’s worth, then smile and be happy.
