I was cautious, as I’m sure many of us are when there’s a really good looking deal on Amazon, but I can happily say I was impressed with the quality.The vanity portion is real wood and was incredibly easy to assemble with the instructions. Very straight forward. I will say, your life will be a lot easier if you have a good drill. All the holes lined up perfectly and securely.My only surprise was the depth of the vanity. If I had looked a little closer, I would’ve know it sticks out a bit more than what I could consider usual, but with that extra depth means extra storage. So I’m counting it as a plus!The sink was huge. It’s going to take some getting used to with this style. I opted for the square looking sink to fit our farmhouse bathroom. Esthetically, it’s beautiful, functionally it’s going to take some getting used to. There is some room on the backside to put like hand soap or a toothbrush holder, but the sink comes up so high it looks as though they are just awkwardly peeking over the back of the sink. That being said, nothing a little pedestal couldn’t fix if you had cute soap bottles you’d still like on display.The faucet installed nicely, you will need extra items such as sealant and drain putty to get the job done right. The sink essentially just sits on top. We chose to caulk it right on the underside to keep it for sure in place and avoid any leaks.Overall, I am very pleased with this vanity, and for $250 total for the vanity, sink, and accessories, you can’t beat it. I would definitely recommend.

I was very happy with this vanity. I was also happy it came with everything to install the vanity, the sink, the drain and faucet and I’m in love with the colors in the sink.
