Slick controls and smooth startup, cools well. Good cycle timing with turning the water pump on and off (programmable).BUT it only lasted 3 years (lost Freon). Also did not like that the fan low speed is still pretty high/noisy, and that you can't program the spread on the controls between heat and cool so on occasional severe temperature swings it will switch modes unintentionally. Also if you leave the door open and the compressor can't keep up, the brain thinks the coil is frozen and starts a heat cycle.

The unit was shipped in the factory package and promptly received. The only complaint I have is that the duct flange was not the square one that existed on the original, but aluminum tape and other attachments resolved toe mismatch.
