If I buy a Hanes cotton tee, I order XXL. This one I ordered an XL (one size down) and it fits just the way I want. It's not oversized in too exaggerated a way. Just really comfy. The fabric is midweight; I normally like to wear a tank plus the overshirt. The sleeves are a very nice length (longer than other half-sleeved shirts); good because they cover my unflattering upper arms. The length is great on me; I am 5 ft. tall (very short person), and this covers my hips (below the hips a few inches). This is not fancy, but I love wearing it at home over leggings and to sleep in. Also, I would wear this out for errands as very casual wear, if I hadn't bought the one with white striped arms. I'm going to order other colors and without the white stripes so I can wear them very casually.

I bought it bigger to make sure that it fit because I like my stuff baggy but I would say that it shrink at least the size if not more. Other than that I really liked it with the color block on the arms. Fabric seems good too and it's comfortable but not as roomy as I was hoping for because of the shrinkage.

Love this top! I am between medium and large and ordered this in a medium according to reviews and chart, 5’5” 163 lbs. it fit perfect even hiding some belly. The fabric is soft and really comfortable. A perfect blend of cotton and poly. The v-neck is trimmed with a wider trim than normal so it lays very nice. Washed in cold and dried on low. No shrinkage or wrinkles. Ordered another in black.I’m editing my review because I ordered another in red and it is all polyester. Fabric is cheap and looks cheap on. Doesn’t hang as smooth as the purple or black. They had a good thing going with the cotton poly blend but this has absolutely no cotton. Had intended to buy more but when the description doesn’t match the product and there is no fabric content label, you know you’ve been duped.

This shirt in bright pink exactly matched the color on my monitor. The fabric is soft, comfortable, light weight but opaque. It will do well in any season but the cold climates in winter. The V-neckline is just the right amount of roomy, without being too loose. I plan to buy more of these in other colors.The packaging is good, in a plastic bag with all the air sucked out. You would think it would come out all wrinkled, but mine was fine! No wrinkles, and no smell. I have my eye on several more colors, and my friend who was visiting when the package arrived wants to buy some too.

I am 5’7” & 188 lbs. I bought an XL which is my normal size but it is huge on me. I do like a roomy shirt as I have the typical issue with love handles and a jelly belly and this shirt delivers. The sleeves come almost to my elbows, which hides the upper arm flab I’m trying to get rid of! The length hits me about mid-thigh, which I like, so it also runs a bit longer than a lot of tunics. It is well made and the fabric is like a thicker tee shirt material. It washed well and did not shrink after throwing it in the dryer on hot.I highly recommend and will be ordering another shirt, but one size down. I hope this is helpful.
