I recently received a main breaker, and I have to say, my experience has left me absolutely flabbergasted. I'm not here to discuss the price, packaging, or seller, but rather the shocking condition in which this crucial electrical component arrived.Upon opening the parcel, I was met with a sight that I can only describe as a disaster waiting to happen. The main breaker, which is supposed to be a durable and reliable component, was in bad condition and the electrician I hired to install it would not accept the part.The real horror began when I unwrapped the item. As soon as I removed the breaker from its enclosure, pieces of plastic tumbled out of the bag like confetti at a party. It was as if the breaker had undergone a demolition derby before even reaching my doorstep.To add insult to injury, the connecting tabs, a critical part of any main breaker, were bent. It was clear that this breaker had been subjected to rough handling perhaps at a prior attempt to install the part . The complete disregard for the delicate nature of electrical components was appalling.I can't emphasize enough how important it is to handle electrical components with care. The fact that this breaker arrived in such a deplorable state not only wasted my time but also raised serious safety concerns. I shudder to think about the potential hazards that could have arisen had I attempted to install this damaged main breaker.In conclusion, I am utterly disappointed with the condition in which this main breaker arrived. The subsequent damage to the product reflect a lack of respect for the customer and a reckless approach to the treatment of sensitive electrical equipment.
