...was sent a previously-opened, scuffed-up breaker with slightly bent metal parts. What a joke...if it's been opened and used then mark it as "like new" or "used". Don't try to pass it off as brand new unopened. Waste of time dealing with this BS.

Price was good and once installed it worked properly however the plastic clamshell looked like it was resealed and had been trimmed around the edges and there was a small peice of blue painters tape on it.

My husband likes to be prepared. He ordered this circuit breaker to have an extra one available in the event of an emergency power outage due to a faulty breaker. What if the power goes off during the night and it is because of a bad breaker? If you don't have an extra one, you are really out of luck if it is after the stores are closed. It's always great to be prepared.

It's EATON quality, what more can I say! When I installed one, it actually tripped. Found a common and neutral wire barely touching. Saved my house!
