Used as replacement for a hard to find breaker that was 20 years old. You must check the specs, this breaker replaced a breaker that was falsely tripping. After installation no more false tripping but does trip on test button. Good price point.

I installed two of these today in my home. Here are some tips before you order.1. A good use for this item is when two circuits share a common neutral wire. It can also be used to protect 220 V two-gang circuits. Unfortunately it does not have any fault indicator lights.2. These are nearly twice as wide as normal breakers (and, of course, twice as high). This takes up valuable space inside the breaker box.3. The three set screws are slotted, which is less convenient than the normal square drives. The set screw and wire port for the neutral wire is hard to access.4. Any sort of trip (overcurrent, AFCI, or test button) on either circuit will trip both circuits.I like the AFCI aspect, so even knowing what I learned today I would buy these again.

Exactly as advertised. They guy who gave 4 starts is obviously not an electrician... obviously these are bigger then standard breakers..

great defective used repackaged breaker, I gave them benefit of the doubt when breaker looked used and repackaged. It died about ten days out of what they say is warrantee ($200 breaker mind you) so they say been 3 months, too bad. I guess I should have paid a bit more at my local Ace hardware where they would have given me another one to replace this bad breaker., Oh well, I once knew buying local was best for many reasons, learned my lesson again. Cheaper on identical item not always cheaper
