The Eaton Cutler-Hammer Quadplex or Quad type Circuit Breaker is designed to create (4) circuits in (2) spaces. This allows for 240-Volt circuits. The BQC style breaker has a common trip as well as a rejection tab feature. These breakers are designed for use in BR type load centers and should be installed only in panel positions that have notched bus stabs that accommodate the rejection clip. Also, BQC circuit breakers are UL approved genuine replacement breakers for load centers made by Westinghouse, Challenger and Bryant.

Sometimes we have a hard time finding these breakers for mobile homes. They had them in stock. The only thing is I wish there is a way to get it sooner without paying a fortune.

Had to have space to add a 40 amp 2 pole circuit for Amazon car charging station. No room in panel so purchased quad breaker. Was delivered on time and worked perfectly for my application. Completely satisfied and would order again if necessary.

Sold by DK Hardware. Quad breaker configured as 240V @ 30A and 240V @ 40A trip. The last breaker in a pair arrived in a tripped state and it will NOT reset. Verified both mechanically and using a continuity tester. Three attempts to contact vendor by phone proved futile. All 3 times, I was placed on hold for an hour and their system hung up at the end of the hour. Submitted a return request via Amazon, which directs message to their customer service and NO response after 3 days. I ended up ordering a replacement with direct fulfillment by Amazon.UPDATE: I managed to reach a representative via their support chat by going directly to the corporate website. After sending an annotated photo of the device during the chat, they offered a full refund and reversed the charges.Overall rating amended from 1 star to 3. Any distributor can unwittingly ship a bad component --relying on manufacturers to provide them defect-free inventory, but they should make it very easy to reach a live support person via multiple communication modes, especially on more complex products where a standard "BOT" won't suffice and foster's frustration with circular scripts.
