The EasyPAG 36x24 White Board Cork Board Combo is a great concept for a home office. The size is appropriate for most walls and provides adequate space on both sides.The item photo on the seller’s page shows a divider between the whiteboard and corkboard. This unit did not have that divider which allows a small gap between the sections. The edge of the metal whiteboard lifts away from the backing at that point. Also, the whiteboard has long, raised areas in various places. It seems as if the whiteboard metal detached from the backing in those areas.The corkboard also has long, raised areas on it and a few grooves. This does not affect the corkboard’s usability but is more of an aesthetic issue.While this whiteboard/corkboard combo is a great concept, it does not provide a smooth surface to write on, and the corkboard’s appearance is somewhat distracting.

Horrible product. The white board is not dry erase material. It’s like a thin piece of sheet metal. It came with a huge crease in it and tons of scratches all over it. Worse, the marker doesn’t fully wipe off, even with soap and water, let alone with the included eraser. The back was covered in handprints and smudges. It looked like this was someone else’s return that got repackaged. I could live with the crease and handprints if the whiteboard side was actually dry-erase, but it’s not. You would only be able to use that side for magnets. This went into the trash, definitely not worth anywhere close to the price if you need a white board. I guess if you want a combo cork board and magnet board, you could make it work. The photo with blue marks is after scrubbing with the eraser then dish soap and water.

The size of this board is good, not too small, not too big. I think that for someone who occasionally needs to peg notes or write something like me and maybe you is perfect.I didn't come with any installation instructions, and the product description don't have them wither as sometimes happen. I spend a couple of minutes wondering about what was the use of some of the parts, but their use came up eventually you will manage.The whiteboard portion of this combo board has a noticeable warping issue, where the surface bends outward along the seam next to the corkboard. This creates an uneven writing area, which could affect usability, and also makes me wonder if won;t be dangerous as to accidentally on regular use but I guess I'll be careful. The product description shows there is a piece that is supposed to go there but I didn't get it maybe just bad luck.
