Eastwood has excellent paints, they only sold this paint and a can to be brush applied or you can put it in your own spray gun. I did not want to spray it, too much overspray and too much to mask off. Very disappointed in the color red, it does not match any of the red calipers on the market. It is a darker red, almost cherry. Eastwood sells the correct red color in a spray can. Why don’t you sell the bright red that matches all the other calipers on the market?

The colour on the listing is more maroon than red, so if you are looking for a bright red this will not be for you (as some other buyers have indicated). Please see pictures. I put a Milwaukee battery and a Mothers spray bottle next to a test strip for comparison. Hopefully this helps. Eastwood were great and refunded the full amount when I returned it.

This paint went on very well with a brush. I gave the brake calipers 2 coats and it dried to a very smooth finish. A 16oz can will paint MANY brake calipers. Please note that this is a very dark red. It's not as bright a color as you see on some brake calipers but looks very good.

Love the looks of these was not to dark and not to bright. Will see how they hold up during winter.

The good thing about any paint, even high temp paint is it is straight forward............you brush it on and allow it to do what it does!!
