I got this for my best friend son, and he actually really loved it! I feel like it’s always kind of hit and miss with kids around that age, kindergarten through maybe third grade, but he loved it, his five-year-old sister loved it, and us adults had a great time playing with it with them too! Great gift for most kids, and that nostalgic adult who pops into your head when you think of who might enjoy something like this. Seems to be good quality too!

I decided to buy the mini arcades for myself and for the grandkids so they could stay off of those silly tablets and phones and give us something to do other than watch those things and this is a great idea. I have quite a few pieces from Amazon on the mini arcade and we are having a blast. Please continue making them

This thing is amazing. I have loved this game for a long time now. It is pretty simple to assemble, as long as you pay close attention to how it goes. My brother had an issue at first putting it together, but ended up being able to in the end. I would say without help and not knowing how it is built, it would take about less than 5 minutes to assemble assuming you have batteries and everything needed. I may be overexaggerating, but it is definitely a great toy and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Just don't overplay it, it's addicting! :D

My 12-yr old son who loves Skeeball asked for this for Christmas so I obliged, not thinking it would be very good quality. But it is! It is a fun little game and it works really well. The balls have good weight to them and the bouncy "trampoline" is great to bounce the balls off of and get them into the holes. I recommend! The only con I see is that it doesn't fold up and is hard to take apart but we just keep it assembled and store as-is.

I loved skee-ball when I was younger. In fact, I had an uncle who had a skee-ball machine in his house, and it was the coolest thing, as I tried to master the ricochet off the side with just the right spin to land a 50.To be clear, this tabletop version does not at all have that sort of level of fun nor reward skill building. Rather, it's a cute scaled simulation that basically asks you to take metal balls (think Pachinko) and bounce them off a little pad and into the scoreboard holes. There is electronic scoring and sounds, which is a nice accompaniment.Ultimately, this is probably not going to hold interest for a great deal of time, as I think there's just less skill involved. But maybe others will feel otherwise.Regarding assembly, it was pretty straightforward. You do need a screwdriver to get to the battery compartment for the 3 AAA batteries. I'm not sure why they attach it with a screw, but no biggie. The rest just snaps together. You are talking 2 or 3 minutes tops to assemble.I will say it's a little tricky to figure out the scoring modes and how all the electronics work. So that's a bit annoying. But once you get it going, it's amusing for a bit.For a young kid (who isn't at risk of choking on the metal balls!) it might be a lot of fun. For us, we enjoyed the novelty for a bit... and then I suspect it'll end up in a closet... YMMV.

The sound effects are good, however my Grandson lost interest after a while. If I played with him, his competitive nature kicks in and he then wants to beat me at the game. It's a nice game but too small for lasting fun. If it was larger and had a ramp to roll the balls like the real game, then it would be more fun.
