I'm going to say this is a five-star product due to the quality of the plastic and the fit of the nock. Beware what you getting because it's almost like it's made for a mechanical release. I use a tab and three under release and it just barely works due to the way my arrows are fletched. And I guess I have a big honking nose. I went back to super nocks just for that little bit of extra clearance so for me at least they are marginal in application but excellent in build quality they're worth a try they do fit a Flemish twist bow string pretty much perfect they're cheap enough it's worth a try and that would recommend them

The knock clicks fine on my string, which is .11" diameter, but then arrow slides vertically, not staying in place, the nock's groove seems too wide for my string.
