I really wanted to be 100% satisfied with this bat. My kid did his first home run ever with it! He said he loves everything about it! The color which match his team uniform (of course 10 yo kid), the confort when batting, the weight, everything! He did great hits at EVERY single game since he has it. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of using it there’s 2 cracks at the top of where you hold to hit. Is it a factory default? Some asked if it’s maybe a fake one? My kid is the only one in his team having the Hype Artic Edition. All others have the Hype Fire and they have no cracks nor anything wrong with it. Not forgetting they have their Hype Fire since a couple of months already, not just 3 weeks… Too bad, at that price you don’t expect this to happens. (Yes we did checked if he’s batting with the good size of bat for his age/height/weight. Even measured the arms with it at a Baseball store to make sure)

This bat... I wanted this bat before my son even knew it existed. I saw it on one of his YouTube videos and immediately loved it. It's so bright and unique looking, and after reading reviews, I had to buy it. My kid can hit, but he's on the smaller side so his best hits could make it to the outfield, but never close to the fence. Since getting this bat, he's hit it to the fence nearly every game. This bat is SUPER hot, has a ton of pop, and it makes the most amazing sound when it connects. I'm not a big fan of the 'ping' sound that comes with metal bats, so the composite sound is such a nice change of pace.My son plays on a travel team, and after all his teammates begged him to share the bat, his coach finally bought one for the team to share and it's made a HUGE difference. All of the kids get good hits with this bat, which makes it great for building confidence, and it's great to see the kids rounding the bases every game!It's a bit on the pricier side, but worth every penny in my opinion. I have heard that it breaks 'easily', whatever that means, and it is a two piece, so definitely do not take it to the batting cages, but from what I can tell, it's a pretty solid, sturdy bat, and I'm so glad I finally got my hands on one (they kept running out of the size we wanted, but we finally got it!)

My son hit a home run every other game with this baseball bat. My son does not play recreational baseball. He plays AAA/ major. The hype fire is ready to use straight out of the wrapper. There is no need to break the bat in. This bat does not hurt the batter's hands, it's ready to use out of the wrapper, and it absolutely obliterates the baseball. Big barrel. I am not engaged in hyperbole when I tell you that this is the best USAAA baseball bat ever created.
