The Eastman 48286LF Angle Stop Valve has a 5/8-inch comp (1/2-inch nom) x 1/4-inch compression connection and is made of forged brass construction which provides strength and durability eliminating leaks. This stop valve resists corrosion, and the solid brass nuts provide a watertight seal. This professional stop valve has a removable metal handle which provides easy handling. It has a rough brass finish which provides a modern look. Eastman's Shut-off Valve controls water flow to household plumbing fixtures. With multi-turn, you are able to stop the flow of water leading to the plumbing fixture, allowing for maintenance and repair without turning off water to the entire home. Recently had an object fall from counter into toilet. This necessitated removing the toilet to retrieve the stuck object. Was glad to have this wax ring on hand so I could put things back as they were after replacing the toilet where it had been removed.

it was difficult to place the toilet on top of this ring, it is a bit too thick.

Finally got that new toilet in thanks to this wax ring! Family is able to handle their own business now! I been whipping and tugging the last 6 weeks.. 2 wife's and 6 children under the ages of 6. Blessed

It did what it was supposed to, period. Easy to install. If you mess this up, then you really shouldn't be do any home repairs at all. It was a little big for my toilet, but it eventually molded into place. I'd rather have slightly too much wax than not enough.

Installed this myself with the help of my son lifting the toilet for me while I guided him to the bolts. This is not a woman’s job lol. I got the toilet off and tried to put the toilet back by myself, but I missed the first time and kind of squished the wax so I had to kind of mold the wax back to the hole on the floor. I recommend 2 people doing this unless you know what you’re doing and you can lift the toilet and match the bolts at the same time without someone else. The wax was thick and it was priced well.

the bolts are 1/4" my existing are 5/16" and like new, so I used the original

I use this product to make wiki sticks and for the size is not worth the value for the money when I found it much bigger size for my local hardware store for a lot cheaper price. However, it is quite sticky as expected.
