I am not using this for my sink. My carbureted motorcycle suffers from what is known as "carb puke". I needed to run a hose from the carb overflow port down to the ground. I needed something that would be ok sitting next to hot engine parts, so I cut an 18" piece of this. Heat shrink on the ends to keep the metal braid from coming unraveled, and it's all good so far.

Deliver 1/2 x 1/4 twice. Product incorrectly labelled. Supposed 3/8 end measures around 14mm internal diameter, more akin to 1/4. 3/8 should measure 16.5mm inner diameter.

Like the product. it was easy to install and the fact that the inside was pvc inside. Had with other supply lines that started to corrode and deposit black gunk in my water. Hoping with the pvc I won't have that problem any more.
