FACT: to install windows 7 8 10 or 11, you cannot use a flash drive larger than 16gb or it will not work. Some PC's built between 2014 and 2018 cannot load using 3.0 or higher ports so the 2.0 sticks are the fix. These are good and reliable and they will work no matter if you use the media creation tool or rufus on any pc, may not load quite as fast but this is essentially reliable at a great price.

I like the lids so lint doesn't build up in the connector. Also the back is smooth so you can put label maker labels on them. Technically, I copied and compared 3 large files and all sticks were close enough to 8GB for my purposes. Write speeds median was 7.41MiB/sec and reads 24.8MiB/sec.

Bought these for transferring some files and couldn't beat the price. And them being different colors means I don't have to label them, just associate the color with the files I put on them.Only reason for 4 stars was 1 of the 5 fails to boot up. But at $12 for the set you still can't beat the deal.I'd buy them again if I need more but would order a set larger than I have to have just in case of a bad one.

These are great little flash drives for a variety of uses. While not the fastest they provide plenty of storage, last a long time and are easy to carry. Unless you need ultra fast flash drives for video or other processing these fit the bill. I use them for short term storage and load them with MP3 and FLAC music files for use in my car. Highly recommended. No failures in a year of use.
