This bench was wobbly from the start. My husband isn’t some apprentice who doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s very handy. He said the bench was easy to put together. However, the bench wobbled from the start and only worsened from there. I couldn’t return the bench after purchase as it was assembled. Not only would it have to be dissembled, but I would have had to pay for shipping back. Not worth it for a 7 ft bench. So, against better judgement, I kept it and let it ride its course. I figured I had at least 6 months to replace with a different bench.After only 3 months of having it, my daughter cut herself on the bench. When we went to investigate, we notice a bad crack on the side of it. I never write reviews but I thought it was important enough to write this one. What a waste of money. You can do what you want, but this is the most non-biased factual review you will get. In hindsight, I would NEVER repurchase this bench .

This bench is beautiful and relatively simple to assemble, but putting it together was a nightmare. Every screw stripped, and despite all the holes being pre-drilled, the inside of the legs still split.

6 months ago, I ordered this bench to use as a coffee table. Out of nowhere, a split, the full length of the top, appeared. I can't imagine how it could function as a bench because if anyone sat on it, it would collapse! I contact East West about the defect and they refused to replace or repair it. It was then I discovered East West is division of Bison Office LLC which has numerous Better Business Bureau complaints against it! Mine is next! Shame on Amazon for allowing this sham to perpetuate. Do not do business with this unethical company!

This bench is well made and easy to put together. It's a bit darker than I expected but still very pretty. The "white" is not true white. It's hard to tell in photos but I put it close to an actual white table leg to try and show the difference. It was still hard to tell in the photo in my opinion. All and all, it's a lovely bench.
