I like the material they're made of, and that they are clear in color. However, they don't stay in the average adult's nostrils during lap swimming. Perhaps they would better fit a child, or a person with small nostrils.

I swim every day in the pool and these are great to keep water out and they come in a sanitary travel case. The only downside is there clear which I love so as not seen when swimming but if you drop them in the water they are difficult to find.

Regular nose plugs hurt or don't fit properly and slide off. Not a problem with these. I can swim laps for hours and never have to readjust them at all. I'm a happy mermaid.

Let water in. It was easier and more comfortable to swim without a plug than to swim with this plug. I'm so sad, I really wanted to like it.

Way to big for smaller noses. Difficult to get in even when folded up. Works really well though if you can fit them.

Used it to swim, water comes through, not tight enough to form seal. Also used it with diving goggles and when water enters the goggles near the nose area, the water can be felt going into nose., have to surface to clear. With a good seal on goggles, where water cannot enter, all is good, but then this is not needed if water does not enter goggles.
