It did a fine job, just as the original one did

This fits my thunderbay auger perfectly. I have installed ~30 posts with my auger and was really struggling to get it to dig well. I thought I had a larger issue with it but had noticed some wear on the cutting edge, mostly the outside corner was rounded off. The install was fast and easy and I am absolutely shocked with how much better it digs with the replacement. I highly recommend. I am ordering a spare to have on hand.

1st I love my earthquake hole auger. Had to replace the blade recently. Easy to do and man did it make world of difference in the speed of going 30” down

We have a Thunder Bay 52cc auger & the 8in auger blade. It had finally got so dull that we couldn't dig a hole. We had it for about 4yrs & used it ALOT!! Replaced it with this blade a couple days ago & it worked great!!! Got the rest of our trees planted and they are doing good. So glad we bought it and it's a great product. We tried to get the blade from Lowes(where we bought the Auger) but they didn't have the correct size we needed.

Works great but wears pretty fast but it is used for fence post which sometimes has rocks in the holes being cut

Pretty pricy, and they dull quickly. I bought these so that we can easily switch out blades when working, then sharpen all of them at the end of the day. I would probably go to a welder or other fab shop and have them make one of a harder steel or titanium.
